Timelines vary depending on the scope and project type. As an example, for a one minute product explainer video I need roughly 1-2 weeks for script and storyboarding and 1-2 weeks for animation and revisions. I’ll always give you a clear timeline upfront — and stick to it.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Absolutely. I offer ongoing, design tweaks, text updates, and cutdowns Think of me as your creative partner, not just a one-time service.

Can I hire you for just a logo animation or one-off?

Yes — I take on one-off projects like logos animations, website animations, or conference graphics. If it’s a good fit, I'm happy to jump in and help.

What happens if I don't use all my hours in a month?

Unused hours don't roll over, but we can adjust your tier month-to-month based on your actual needs.

How do payments work?

For fixed-scope projects, we split payments into 30% upfront and 70% upon completion. For monthly retainers, payments are made at the start of each billing cycle. I prefer bank deposits but can accept a variety of apps.

What if I’m not happy with the first concept?

No problem — that’s part of the process. I include multiple rounds of revisions in my work to ensure you’re completely happy with the final result.

Do you provide the script for videos?

I can help refine your script or messaging, but you'll need to provide the initial draft or key talking points. If you need full scriptwriting, I can recommend a copywriter.

No. Stock footage, music, and photos are purchased separately by you or billed at cost. My hourly rate covers creative direction, design, and animation only.
