Motion Design Consultant for the world leading digital mental health platform.
Role & Overview
For three years as Lyra Health's motion graphics consultant, I've brought their mental health mission to life through animation—from brand campaigns and conferences to product stories and sizzle reels, helping make complex care feel clear and human.

Product Explainers
I was often the bridge between product and brand — sitting with product teams to understand new feature flows, then translating those flows into motion pieces that helped customers, prospects, and internal teams understand what was being built and why it mattered. I worked with the copy team on the script then edited and animated many of these videos solo.
Process
Here's how most projects unfold — from brand videos and explainers to UI animations and social content. The phases stay consistent, even when the deliverables change.
Every video starts with a storyboard. Mapping out the pacing, scenes, and beats up front lets us align on the story before a single frame is animated — making sure the message lands clearly from start to finish. Here is the storyboard I built for the video featured at the top of this page, working closely with the copy team to shape the flow.

Motion Exploration
Part of the storyboarding process is exploring different motion ideas — testing what feels right, what reads well, and what supports the story. Some of these explorations end up in the final cut, others don't, but the process helps me figure out what actually works.

Animation in AE
Full production in After Effects — keyframing, compositing, screen replacements, text tracking, color grading and sound.

For HR & Partners
I created videos at Lyra for internal teams and business clients — mainly HR partners rolling Lyra out to their organizations. The goal was to help them understand new features and offerings so they could pass that knowledge along to their teams.
Conferences
Annually Lyra has a mental health conference called Breakthrough. I am tasked with creating all the digital motion pieces from the stage graphics to on site video signage. For a more in-depth look at this process view the full project here.
Website Assets
A collection of animations I created for various sections of Lyra's website. These pieces live across different pages and contexts — bringing motion to landing pages, feature highlights, and key brand moments throughout the site.
NASDAQ
For a couple of years at Lyra, I designed and animated videos that ran on the Nasdaq tower in Times Square, short brand spots built specifically for the large-format vertical screens.
